Delivery and Returns

 

UK Delivery

We aim to deliver to UK Mainland addresses within 5-10 working days using a reliable tracked delivery service. However, during peak periods, deliveries may take longer. At the current time, please allow for some additional delays as a result of Covid-19.

 

Delivery Prices

Free Delivery on any order to your school or college.

 

For delivery to your home address :

Orders under £10: £3.95

Orders £10-£30: £4.95

Orders over £30: £6.95

 

Returns

If you need to return an item that you have purchased from us online, you can do this through our online returns service by notifying us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply follow the instructions online and as soon as you receive notification that your return is authorised (allow up to 2 working days for us to approve your return), you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging. We allow up to 14 days for your return to reach us, after you receive your returns authorisation.

If you are looking to exchange an item, please return the unwanted items for a refund within 30 days of receipt and make a separate order online for the items you require.

Non Refundable Items

Please note that your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty.

Goods made or supplied correctly to a special order, including special sizes, personalised items with names or initials or name tapes. Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production stage. By cancelling an order before production you may still incur charges for work that has already been carried out for your order eg artwork and print screens.

 

 

Delivered incorrect, defective or damaged goods?

In the unlikely event that you receive items which are not in any material respect what you ordered or which are damaged or defective in any material respect, or are of a materially different quantity to that stated in your order form, we shall make good any such shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any such damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the item in question provided that you notify us of the problem by email to sales@ashprint.co.uk within 3 working days of receipt of the items in question and, if we request you to, return the items in question to us.

 

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
